Don't miss this weekend's celebrations!

Compliments of the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Emeric
This weekend will be full of celebrations as Pope John Paul II will be beatified.

I definitely hope to catch as much as possible.

I'm BAAAACK! Well, sort of...

Hello my dear friends!

Compliments of Andrew the Planner
I'm so sorry to just disappear for a few weeks, but I assure you that I have been following you while I've been 'away' and have shared in your joys and sadness...  and now I'm back to blogging and will be sharing with you once again (and I have a lot to share as I've been saving some of my ideas for future posts).

During the last few weeks I've just been otherwise occupied and my daily routine went out the window.  You see, Freddie had some time off so we had a chance to sleep in a little bit, have leisurely breakfasts, run some errands together and simply just spend a lot of time with each other.  Throw into the middle of that a few family functions, and somehow the time has just gone by.  But now things seem to be settling down once again and I seem to be getting back into my daily routine.  I do seem to be coming down with a bit of a cold, but I'm fighting it.

Just to give you a little teaser, here are a few things that I hope to share with you in the coming posts:
- update on our second opinion at the new fertility clinic
- my new prescription
- how we spent our Easter & related traditions
- my battle with trying to get back to work
- my fears for Mother's Day
- the strangest things I've heard at a border crossing
- planning the future - how do you do it?

Anyway, I hope that this will peak your interest a little bit and we can catch up after the weekend - as I have 2 weeks of journalling to catch up on!  So I wish you a very happy and relaxing weekend.

I haven't forgotten you!

Dear friends,

I haven't forgotten you, I couldn't!  You are always here when times get tough or I have excitement in my life.  I'm not one of these people who just falls off the face of the earth - I'm still here, and I'm so very deeply honoured that you choose to visit my blog from time to time.  I can't tell you how excited and grateful I feel when I look at the list of my 'followers', or friends as I prefer to call you.  You see, none of my 'real life family or friends' know about this blog, so I cherish each and every one of you for choosing to be friends with me.

I'm fine. Nothing drastic going on.  Freddie just has some time off work and so when he is at home, we do more things together, so I admit that my 'blog time' is a little tight right now.  But I have so much to say and share!  No, sadly still no baby news.  We are, however, going to see another fertility clinic on Tuesday to get a second opinion.  Hopefully there will be some news there.  The other thing is that my disability provider has asked for a health update in order to determine if I continue to qualify, so I pray each day that they will award me this status permanently, so I don't need to worry each month whether I'll get a paycheque.

Please keep me in your prayers friends and I'll write when I can!
